- The Center for Diversity in the Curriculum advances equity for members of the Pitt community by working with faculty and TAs to incorporate diversity into their curriculum and inclusive, equitable practices into their teaching.
- The Provost’s Award for Diversity in the Curriculum recognizes a faculty member’s efforts to integrate diversity and inclusion concepts into courses and curricula at Pitt.
NEW RESOURCES:
- Engaging with harm, loss, trauma, and conflict is difficult in the classroom. Teaching in a time of conflict requires instructors to consider a wide range of tools and instructional strategies.
- The Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) and the Teaching Center are pleased to share From Research to Practice: The Learning Sciences Video Series. This series highlights the importance of research for improving classroom environments, and aims to improve learning outcomes for all Pitt Students.
