Advance Your Expertise in Leadership in Health Informatics

The Leadership in Health Informatics Certificate is designed for professionals who want to pair technical knowledge with the management and leadership skills needed to make an impact in today s health care environment. This program emphasizes the intersection of health care delivery, information systems and organizational leadership, preparing graduates to guide teams, manage resources and shape strategy in complex health systems. Students gain applied knowledge in health care operations, including financial management and reimbursement, human resources and talent development, project management and the role of health information in improving patient care and organizational performance. Graduates are prepared to step into roles such as health care administrators, project managers and HR specialists, or to advance within their current organizations. The certificate may also be applied toward the Master of Science in Health Informatics, offering a flexible pathway for continued professional growth.
