Advance Your Expertise in Curriculum and Instruction
The Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction is designed for licensed educators who want to deepen their instructional expertise and advance professionally while meeting Pennsylvania certification requirements.
While earning the degree, students also complete two in-demand graduate certificates; the STEAM Education Certificate and the Critical Technology and Digital Media for Learning Certificate, positioning graduates with specialized skills that are highly sought after by employers.
The program is fully aligned with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements, allowing eligible students to earn Act 48 credit hours and receive credit toward Level II certification for educators holding an Instructional I license. Graduates leave prepared to lead engaging, future-focused learning environments and to expand their impact within classrooms, schools and educational systems.
